T-Minus 60 Days

Here are some pictures as of 7/1/2006. Needless to say the building is coming along rapidly and at present we are still shooting for a Sept 1rst opening. There are still many things that could cause us a few days delay in that date like final inspections, certificate of occupancy, and other state and local tasks but from the construction perspective we are still on schedule. I can't say enough about OPUS,N.W., the firm constructing our facility. Exterior painting is almost complete, and drywall starts next week. Our service plaza should be poured by the week after next and our parking lot paved. By the end of the month we will have landscaping in too so during the next 4 weeks we should see this facility really come together. This is the month that our water tank gets installed too along with our wonderful Harley-Davidson signage. By the end of the month it should actually look like a dealership. Stay Tuned!
